Billy Taylor is a main character in Total Frat Movie. He is the best friend of Charlie Martin and along with him and John Macgyver, helped to reinstate the Alpha Xi Gamma fraternity at Mason Dixon University.
Backstory
Billy grew up best friends with Charlie Martin, and like him, dreamed of joining the Alpha Xi Gamma at Mason Dixon University. When Charlie's father died, Billy's dad decided to take him in, raising him with Billy. Billy and Charlie would eventually make it to MDU and pledged to Alpha Xi Gamma along with another friend, John Macgyver.

Billy, Charlie and John finish their final test in their initiation; being submerged up to their shoulders in ice cold water.
